Due to the inherent organic and handcrafted nature of these products, actual items may vary slightly from the photographs displayed on the Website in respect of:
• Surface texture, grain, and natural markings of Rudraksha beads
• Colour tone of gemstones and beads due to natural variation and lighting
• Thread or chain colour, texture, or material
• Capping design or metal finish
Such minor variations are inherent to natural and artisanal products and do not constitute a defect. However, if you believe the variation is substantial and not acceptable, you are entitled to raise a return request under our Return & Refund Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
