Return & Refund Policy – Rishi Rudraksh

At Rishi Rudraksh, we take utmost care in ensuring that every Rudraksha, gemstone, and spiritual product you receive is authentic, high-quality, and safely packaged. Due to the sacred and delicate nature of these items, we follow a strict return and replacement policy.

🔁 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, as all our Rudraksha beads and gemstones are unique, energetically sensitive, and curated specifically for each order.

⚠️ Replacements – Only for Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  1. 📦 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

    • The video must start before the package is opened and show the full unboxing process clearly.

    • This is required to validate any damage or defect that may have occurred during shipping.

    At Rishi Rudraksh, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

    Order Cancellation

    Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    How to Cancel an Order

    To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order details:

    Our team will process your request as quickly as possible.

    Refund for Cancelled Orders

    If your cancellation request is approved:

    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
    • In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will be applied if cancelled before dispatch

    Non-Cancellable Orders

    Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

    • Orders that have already been shipped
    • Customized, energized, or made-to-order products
    • Special or limited-time offer products

    Important Notes

    • Rishi Rudraksh reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
    • Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders.


    • You must notify us within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or wear & tear will not be eligible for replacement.
